About this coffee: Las Lajas is run by Oscar and Francisca Chacon. They were among the very first farmers in Costa Rica to produce Honey and Natural processed coffees. Since 2005 they have been experimenting with different processing methods including anaerobic fermentation and modulating their drying times to create different flavors in the cup. Every coffee that comes from their farm is extremely unique because of the care and intention that they put into their production.
