About this coffee: This Tanzanian coffee is floral and mild with deep cocoa undertones and a citric punch. Peaberry coffee is created when a single coffee bean develops in the fruit where two would normally be. Because of this, the flavor profile is diverse, artful, and some say more unique than other types. It is a rare mutation that takes place in only about 5% of the worlds coffee.
